Attorney Adam Getson In the News:
WNWBM Partner, Adam S. Getson, Esquire made a $500,000.00 recovery for his client in a rear end motor vehicle collision in a historically hard venue where defense counsel made a strong “MIST” (Minor Impact Soft Tissue) defense.
WNWBM Partner, Adam S. Getson, Esquire navigated a change to Products Liability law in a difficult venue to secure a $687,500.00 recovery. Though Attorney Getson was happy with the recovery, he was happier with the message that he received from his client the evening that the case concluded, “Mr. Getson, I would like to thank you for the long hard work you put into my case and especially for today. I am extremely grateful for all that you have done for me. I’m so glad that this is behind me. You are amazing.”
At the time of the diagnosis of plaintiff’s colorectal cancer was the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths in the U.S. wherein African Americans were most at risk. WNWBM Partner, Adam S. Getson, Esquire argued that the plaintiff was not properly screened to diagnose and treat the early onset of the disease.
From the moment WNWBM Partner, Adam S. Getson, Esquire placed his client’s claims into litigation, he wanted to get every dollar that his client was eligible for, and he did. The defense argued that the cause of plaintiff’s injuries were not related to the motor vehicle collision, and that there was shared liability for the cause of the motor vehicle collision.
