A $10 million class settlement was reached by kidney patients who received negligent medical care. A Delaware County dialysis center used aluminum pumps for dialysis treatment exposing patients to aluminum concentration in the blood that can cause brain damage or death. The medical malpractice lawyers in Philadelphia at Wapner, Newman & Wigrizer helped obtain $9.3 million in cash and a lien agreement valued at $640,000.
