$790,000 Settlement in Bucks County Case

In a case of medical negligence, Wapner Newman’s medical malpractice attorneys secured damages for the family of a 67-year old man in Bucks County. The man died as a result of complications resulting from a perforated colon after a negligent colonoscopy failed to detect a near-obstructing cancer tumor. Two days into a projected four-day trial, the attorneys secured $790,000 in damages for the family.
