Mr. Merritt’s practice focuses on representing victims who are injured due to medical malpractice, civil rights violations, defective products, premises liability and motor vehicle accidents.

Lee is a 2005 graduate of Morehouse College where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and a 2012 graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law where he was the recipient of numerous awards and prizes upon graduation and during his final year of study. Among the many honors he received, Lee was awarded the Myron Deutsch Memorial Award for Temple’s Top Trial Advocacy student, the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Prize, and the Medal for Excellence in Advocacy – American College of Trial Lawyers 2012. He was recognized as a Fellow for the Rubin Public Interest Law Society and was the Saltz Pro Bono Essay Competition Winner, Temple Inn of Courts 2012. Lee was also the 2012 Regional Trial Team Competition Champion, as well as the National Quarter Finalist for the 2012 National Trial Team Competition. 

Prior to joining the firm, Lee interned in the office of the Honorable C. Darnell Jones of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
