Patrick Murphy has been an attorney since 1990, the year of his graduation from the Temple University School of Law. He received his B.A., cum laude, from LaSalle University in 1986 and is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Murphy is a retired Philadelphia firefighter. During the Vietnam War, he served as a combat medic with the 101st Airborne Division.

In the course of his legal career, Mr. Murphy has represented hundreds of firefighters and their families in legal matters ranging from estate planning to real estate transactions and personal injury cases. He has been of counsel to Wapner, Newman, Wigrizer, Brecher & Miller since 2008.
