Mr. Vogel represents injured victims and concentrates his practice in complex civil litigation and trials, including medical negligence, product liability and workplace accidents. He also handles motor vehicle accident and premises liability matters, such as slip/trip and falls.

Mr. Vogel earned his Bachelor's degree from Bowling Green State University in 1992 and his law degree from Temple University School of Law in 1995. He is licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and admitted in the United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Vogel is also a Fellow of the Academy of Advocacy, 2003.

Mr. Vogel is a proud member of the American Trial Lawyer's Association, Pennsylvania Trial Lawyer's Association and Philadelphia Trial Lawyer's Association, as well as the American Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Mr. Vogel has been voted by his peers as a Pennsylvania SuperLawyer Rising Star in 2005, 2006 and 2007. Only 2.5% of Pennsylvania attorneys receive this honor.

Mr. Vogel has achieved many significant verdicts and settlements for his clients. For example:

  • a $2,600,000 unanimous jury verdict, which Mr. Vogel was able to have upheld on appeal, in Sell v. Ingersoll Rand Company, 2004 WL 633274 (E.D.Pa. 2004), affirmed, 2005 U.S.App. LEXIS 12935 (3d Cir. 2005), reh'g denied (3d Cir. 2005)
  • a $1,640,000 total recovery in Tellado v. Roto-Die, Inc., et al., Phila. CCP, April Term, 2004, No. 1459
  • a $1,010,000 total recovery in Johnson v. Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd., et al., Phila. CCP, July Term, 2002, No. 2637
  • a $1,625,000 award and recovery in a combination medical malpractice, product liability and negligence case captioned as Estate of Gholami v. Chapman Enterprises, Inc., et al., Phila. CCP, December Term, 2003, No. 2622
