Michael R. Pratt joined the firm as an Associate in October 2004 and focuses his practice on medical malpractice and personal injury litigation. Prior to becoming an attorney, he was an assistant professor of Latin American literature at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and lived for several years in Mexico and Spain. He has a particular interest in ensuring that Spanish and Portuguese-speaking clients receive high quality representation.

Mr. Pratt received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from California State University, Bakersfield in 1987. In 1989 he was awarded an MA in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he subsequently earned a Ph.D. in Spanish American literature in 1994. He earned his law degree from Temple University's James E. Beasley School of Law in May 2004.

Mr. Pratt is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Associations. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
