$6 Million Settlement for Construction Fall
Philadelphia and Allentown, Pennsylvania, New Jersey
Steven Wigrizer, a partner at Wapner, Newman, Wigrizer, Brecher & Miller settled a case six million ($6,000,000.00) involving a man who fell from a scaffold while working at the defendants’ construction project, and is now living as a quadriplegic as a result. It was argued that the defendants failed to provide a safe working environment for the plaintiff by neglecting to inform him about the instability of the scaffolding and take proper precautions to protect him from the hazards associated with working on the scaffolding.
